Makers Apprentice Swizel Cardozo makes the shortlist for this Years Digital & Tech Apprentice of the Year 2022
Makers are super proud of Swizel Cardozo having been selected as a finalist at this year’s Multicultural Apprenticeship Awards 2022. Having just finished her A levels, Swizel applied for an apprenticeship in software development with Makers and Google in 2020. Makers are now lead sponsors of Wapping Hockey Club’s (WHC) Ladies 1st team
For those of you who are not (yet) hockey enthusiasts, WHC is one of the UK’s largest hockey clubs with 432 members. Working from grassroots level, they train beginners of all ages, all year round to encourage entry into the sport and making hockey more accessible, affordable and engaging for both fans and players. — Makers and the WHC both represent committed and passionate doers with strong community spirit, who work hard as part of a team to accomplish a goal.
